4.Characteristic of monoclonal antibodies used in PREG-Q
The monoclonal antibodies used in Preg-Q are very specific to intact hCG isoform which is the major isoform throughout the pregnancy period. The selective reactivity of these antibodies is very useful in detecting early hCG isoforms and decreasing the cross reactivity against hCG homologous protein such as LH, FSH and TSH
