Rubbing roller is used for LCD rubbing machine, forming uniform patterns on polyimide-coated glass. DACC has succeed developing the rubbing roller by means of carbon composite tube and metal coating method. The rubbing roller meets all the hard requirements of LCD equipment ; ultra-high stiffness, micro-level tolerance and surface conditions of Class A. Currently, DACC has been supplying carbon rubbing roller to LCD rubbing machine of six generation and is developing a new roller for seventh generation’s equipment.
