Composition

One capsule contains : 
Acetylcysteine · · · · · · 100g

 Indication

* Various bronchial disease accompanied with high density mucus secretion : acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, asthmatoid bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngopharyngitis, sinusitis, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary complication after operations 

* Antidote of paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose

 Dosage & Administration

Intravenous Injection - Mucolytics 
* Adult : 600~900mg of Acetylcysteine 
* Child : 300~450mg of Acetylcysteine, 2~3 times daily (Preparation of Injection solution : Dilute with 0.9% physiological salt solution or liquid glucose) to be 1:1 
Intravenous Injection - Antidote of paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose Intravenous Injection - Antidote of paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose 
* First, dilute acetylcysteine 150mg/kg with 200mL of 5% liquid glucose and then have a intravenous injection during 15 minutes 
* Next, dilute acetylcysteine 50mg/kg with 500mL of 5% liquid glucose and then administer by continuous injection during 4 hours. 
* Finally, dilute acetylcysteine 100mg/kg with 1000mL of 5% liquid glucose and then administer by continuous injection during 16 hours. 
* Total injection volume is 300mg/kg, dose time is 20 hours 15minutes. 
* Deintoxicaton is enough to once treatment and can be adjusted dose according patient's weight. 

Intramuscular Injection 
* Adult : 300mg of Acetylcysteine 1 time daily 
* Child : 150mg of Acetylcysteine, 1~2 times daily

* 3mL x 10 ampoules / box 

* 6mL x 10 ampoules / box 

* 10mL x 10 ampoules / box
