This part has the hinge function connecting the frame and the cab of a heavy-duty truck. To improve comfortableness of riding adopted round bar type STABILIZER BAR and BEARING. Major components consist of STABILIZER-CAP, CONNECTING ARM, CAP ASSY-CAB, HINGE CUSHION CAB, BEARING. This is completed by the process of forging, casting, rubber, machining, welding, assembly

Application of STABILIZER Ass’y CAB MTG FR

1) Vehicle Type
- Heavy-duty Trucks over 8 Tons capacity

2) Location
- Connecting the front part of main body and driver’s cap

3) Functions

- Function of hinge axis when the cap is tilted

- To prevent bending or twist of the cap (Stabilizer)

- Function of shock absorber linked with air shock absorber

- Damper is inside to absorb force at the tilt position

Application of ARM IDLER Ass’y 1st & 2nd

1) Vehicle Type
- Extra Heavy-duty Trucks with double axle steering system

2) Location
- Left frame steering area in front of the wheels

3) Functions

- To transmit hydraulic steering force to both front wheels

- To differentiate the angles of each wheels

- Enhanced durability by using bearing type movement

- Free-load ability

Application of HPB Ass’y

1) Vehicle Type

- Medium-sized Trucks (2.0~3.5 Tons), and Buses

2) Location
- At the left-side frame

3) Functions
- Enhanced Braking Performance C/T master cylinder type
- Controlled by ABS system using electronic hydraulic motor

3) Responsibility of Sun Machinery

- Producing all components except HPB body

- Assembling, 100% inspection, Delivery
