Description

The valve was developed as cost-effective compared to existing models by improving the assembly method and changing the material  [Brass -> PA46]. The valve shuts off the oil flow when the air-conditioner of the Variable Compressor is OFF with improved noise by assembling the SDD (Suction Damping Device) in the Rear Head Suction Port.

With the purpose of improving the noise level of the Variable Compressor, SDD is assembled with the Rear Head Suction Port and blocks the refrigerant flow when the air conditioner is off

※ CHARACTERISTICS

① Operation temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ +120 ℃

②Refrigerant: HFC-134a / R1234yf

③ Oil: PAG (polyalkylene glycol)

④ Differential pressure when valve is open : 0.005 ±0.001 MPaG

⑤ The minimum flow rate should be 140 L/min @ 0.05 MPaG and 245 L/min @ 0.150 MPa

⑥ Low noise during operation

⑦The gap between CASE and CORE: 0.06-0.12 mm
