The Automatic Cannula Grinding & Honing Machine is the newest upgraded  one specially designed for grinding triple facet tip points of cannula which is essentially required for Disposable Hypodermic Needle, I.V Catheter, Scalp Vein Sets.

You can set numerical data on the PLC Program manually and this numerial data could be applied to each gauge of cannula by means of Automatic Mode Conversion. Also, this new machine will sense the abrasion of grinding wheel by its scale not by a vibrating sensor so that you can catch the replacement time more exactly. The grinding jig is designed for grinding carious length of cannula from 14G~28G 19mm~55mm
