Turbo-Seal
What is Turbo-Seal?
Turbo-Seal, is a flexible gel that bonds any kinds of substrates to create an impervious waterproofing membrane. It is composed of polymer rubber (from recycled tire) infused with special adhesives and is a suitable waterproofing material for all types of concrete structures. Due to its flexibility, it is highly responsive to structural movements without losing its strong adhesiveness to the substrate. With its recycled rubber contents, Turbo-Seal is environment-friendly(no VOCs) and can be applied not only as a waterproofing material for new construction but also as a grout injection material for restoring damaged waterproofing membranes of existing structures.
100% waterproofing against structural movements and vibrations
Turbo-Seal protects the concrete structure from damaging or cracking by forming a protective layer over the substrate. Due to its
remarkable flexibility, Turbo-Seal is able to cope with structural movements, vibrations and continuous stress maintaining the permanent integrity of waterproofing layer.
Other waterproofing materials become completely cured/hardened over a period of time. Since they lack flexibility to overcome the structural stress, it causes structures to crack or damage leading to entry of water intrusion.
Turbo-Seal never completely cures, rather stays in a gel-like state permanently. This unique characteristic allows Turbo-Seal to cope with all kinds of structural movements. Therefore, there is no need of repeated repair due to cracks and separation of the waterproofing membrane.
Repair Material
Turbo-Seal seeks out and flows into the affected/cracked areas and repairs them permanently by reforming a new tight waterproofing layer.
Adhesiveness on wet surfaces
Since other waterproofing materials are completely cured/hardened over time, it is impossible to maintain their long-term adhesion when applied on wet surfaces or surface with foreign substances.

improper installation, improper design or aging of materials over periods. When a waterproofing membrane loses its function, costly and time consuming work is required to replace the affected membrane; Usually, with the current waterproofing materials and technologies, the whole waterproofing membrane needs to be replaced by demolishing the entire concrete slab . However, Turbo-Seal only requires a simple injection into the compromised areas to instantly restore it's waterproofing integrity. Therefore, with use of Turbo-Seal, not only the life of structures will be saved but also your time and money.

Cracks & joints
cracks and joints for any civil structures (ie. E/J, C/J, Form Tie, etc.)
Turbo-Seal Features
One of the significant problems with existing water-proofing materials is that they are not durable to shocks, vibrations or any other structural stress. Therefore, the water-proofing layers get easily damaged causing water intrusion. Now, the problems can be perfectly resolved with the use of Turbo-Seal, the Re-New System's exclusive and effective waterproofing material which allows the integrity of waterproofing layer to be maintained over decades. What makes Turbo-Seal so different from other materials is that it never completely cures. It permanently stays in a flexible gel-like state while keeping its strong adhesion to the substrate. This unique characteristic allows it to be highly responsive to all types of structural movements. Turbo-Seal also has an ability to self heal when punctured or cut even under hydrostatic pressure. No other waterproofing membrane can exhibit such a remarkable capacity. With all these outstanding features of Turbo-Seal, there is no need for the repeated repair of cracks/separation of waterproofing membrane once it is installed. Thus, your money and time will be saved to a great extent while maintaining the safety of the structure.

Adhesive Mechanism
With its outstanding adhesiveness, Turbo-Seal adheres to any types of surfaces regardless of their conditions like high capillary porosity, presence of protrusions and other foreign materials. Unlike other single-component waterproofing materials, Turbo-Seal which has an excellent water resistance, do not lose its adhesion and cohesion even under wet conditions and forms a stable waterproofing layer.
Water-Proofing Principle
The strong adhesiveness and flexibility are some of the most exclusive features of Turbo-Seal. In order to utilize these features to the greatest extent, it is recommended to apply Turbo-Seal unexposed under pressure. When used as a leakage repairing material, Turbo-Seal is injected into front and back side of the affected waterproofing layer. During this process, the injected Turbo-Seal displaces the water trapped inside the substrate forming a new waterproofing layer. However, leaks continue if there is remaining water after injection. The remaining water creates a barrier between the substrate and this barrier prevent the injected material to be tightly bound to the substrate. However, Turbo-Seal resolves such problem by absorbing the remaining water itself. Then, it perfectly adheres to the substrate forming a tightly bound impervious waterproofing membrane. In addition, the flexibility of Turbo-Seal makes it possible to resist against any structural movements securing the integrity of waterproofing layer over periods.
