I am sure you don’t like coating materials peeling off. It peels off just like the nail polish within a week of wearing it. The materials for most coating archwires in market are Teflon and Epoxy. Teflon is a suspected toxic material used to coat frying pans. Epoxy is one of toxic plastic materials.
However, our coating material is very different from all the other coating wires. There are two different layers of coating for our archwires. First layer is silver. Second layer is bio-polymer.
Silver is a proven safe material for thousands of products and has been used for ages. It has anti-bacterial characteristic in itself.
Bio-polymer is a material used to coat exterior of artificial heart put in people, intended for permanent use. It is FDA approved class 4, which is the toughest to get. So, both of our coating materials are safe for human body.
Here is DANY AESTHETIC SILVER ARCHWIRE. How is its friction? This friction is well-matched with average metal wires’. What about the thickness of the coating? While other coating materials measure up to 30 micrometer, ours is only 10 micrometer.
Then, how about duration of coating? Most of orthodontists testify that it lasts between 4-6 weeks.
Please try the sample. I recommend you to install our wire on upper and attach any average coating wire on lower for you to test it yourself.
