Select the size depending on the state of a diseased part and on the size of a wound. Cut it by the length needed.

Take the splint out from the aluminum packaging paper. Have the shallow surface of the non-woven fiber upward. Dip it into the flowing water for 5 to 10 seconds.
Put the splint on the towel. Roll it and remove the excessive moisture. Strengthen the adhesion between layers.
Put the thick fiber part of the splint on the diseased part. Wrap the elastic plaster around it to fix the plaster
