MODEL : PGS series

These solenoid valve series can control not only the direction but the pressure, flow rate in one manifold as an integrated function. These series are realized multi-functions and shock absorber mechanism, and up-dated hydraulic system. Also these series are suited for two or more single -acting cylinders and double-acting cylinders.

Power supply use the one among the AC 110V, 220V, DC12V, 24V safely.

It can be supplied a damper in option to reduce the pulsation.

(4) How to Use PGS Series Solenoid Valve

1.Caution

These PGS series are precision units and require handling carefully.

If this unit drops during the transportation, it can be caused a trouble in inner parts.

Therefore, please check a package condition when you received this product.

2.Power supply

Please check the related voltage and incorrect voltage may cause fire.

Be careful that continuous operation longer than 10 minutes may burn the coil.

3.Hydraulic oil

a) Use the pure, anti-wear hydraulic oil with viscosity of ISO vg32 grade or equivalent.

b) The material of oil seal is NBR(nitrile budadiene rubber) and do not use it which was

installed. It must cause failure or trouble.

c) It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil with a new one yearly, but replacing period may

depend on operation conditions in local site.

d) Recommended purity : NAS 8 ~ 9 grade.

e) Recommended temperature : 10 ~ 40?(50 ~104?)

4.Installation method

It is necessary M5 bolt to install in the related equipments.

5.Before operation

a) Before the initial operating, check whether cable wiring, power voltage meet

as specifications or not.

b) Confirm that the piping , other fittings are correct.
