[Salicornia herbacae tablets]
Salicornia herbacae grows on salt ponds or around salty areas of seashores and absorbs many components of sea water and mud flats into a salty plant with good components through photosynthesis. It contains sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and tens of elements and is a repository of minerals. We mixed Salicornia herbacae with kelp and sweet rice to produce the tablets for anyone to easily consume.

- How to take: Take 4–6 g of Salicornia Herbacae tablets (70–100 tablets) with over 200 ml of water (1.5 paper
cup) twice a day before breakfast and dinner. You may increase the number or amount of intake
according to your purpose and it is not good to take it right before going to bed. Salicornia
herbacae is good to be consumed during the day when active.

- How to consume:Mix 4–6 g of Salicornia herbacae powder (2–3 teaspoons) with 200 ml (1.5 paper cup) of water
and consume twice a day before breakfast and dinner. Depending on the purpose, you may
increase the amount or consume with grain powder and raw food. In addition, you may mix an
appropriate amount of Salicornia herbacae powder with fruits and drinks with lactic acid bacteria
for the entire family to consume as juice.
