Description

Purament®-A is an orthopaedic acrylic radiopaque sterile cement. Given its self-curing specifications, Purament®-A allows an immediate and stable fixation of surgical implants into the bone during orthopaedic surgery. The release rates of Purament®-A correspond to those obtained from other gentamicin loaded bone cements with high initial and then steadily decreasing concentrations. Purament®-A is proven to reduce infection and allows effective syringe application.
