Cause of Installation
1. Please install Medics filter vertically
2. Must sure to install Medics filter right before the end of using Pneumatic machine
(It can cause a moisture because the temperature changes)
3. Check the inhalation and outlet before installation
4. When using regulator and lubricator install it at the back of the filter
5. Filter works effectively when it is installed right before the machine starts to work
7. At the winter season remove all the rest of the moisture that is remained in the Auto drain
(Cause an impediment)
8. Separation of impurities starts not less than 0.1MPa (approximately 1.02 kgf/cm2)
9. Moisture elimination works effectively when the pressure(within regular oil stuff) Is high
10. Auto drain is an expendable supplies so when it make trouble working, clean up by using neutral detergent after separation, when breakdown re-buy in the open market and change
11. Ware of that using pressure should not go over 1.0MPa (approximately 10.2 kgf/cm2)
12. The temperature of the pneumatic should not go over 60 degrees
