However, the “Intelligent Recyclable Container Collector” of our company automatically separates and compresses cans and PET containers during collection for storage to maximize the collection capacity and dramatically reduced transportation costs. Also, because the compression work is performed during collection, the treatment costs are reduced and the added value of the collected items as recyclable materials is heightened. Also, as a way to increase the recovery ratio, users are compensated for returning the recyclable containers in a point system, in a similar manner to charging transportation cards, whereas operators can generate additional income by presenting various promotional videos on the large monitors on the upper part of the machine .
Thus, the “Intelligent Recyclable Container Collector” is a multi-purpose product that was developed with a purpose to protect the environment, enhance the recycling rate and generate profit.
Features:1. Scan the barcode on the recyclable container with the scanner located in front of the opening, drop the recyclable container, and it will automatically compress and sort the cans and bottles into its designated container.
2. The user can touch their card on the card reader to receive points and rewards.
3. If foreign objects(glass bottles, rocks) are inserted through the opening, it will automatically reject the object and drop to the reject slot. This will prevent any breakdowns of the equipment.
4. PET bottles and cans with left over fluids will also be rejected by the machine and dropped to the reject slot to prevent any explosion within the machine.
5. Servers can be installed to operate more than one RVM, and the receiving data can be obtained at the main server. Large capacity management is possible.
