The sensor functionality of RecurDyn has also been overhauled with ability to measure for shorter distances and for interference between bodies, the cutting plane and additional ability to analyze models and add models. The company found that these functions shorten the time it takes in order to design and then analyze on the software. The improved, faster and more stable, MFBD solver in the new RecurDyn means a reduction in simulation time for both dynamics and MFBD models whether they be rigid or flexible bodied. Within the system RecurDyn now has the toolkits; MTT3D, Track_LM, Track_HM and more. The result of the inclusion of the various functions of the toolkits is more convenient working. It is possible to conduct fatigue, damage and safety analysis within the system. Most of these test tools use visual display as well as numeric in order to demonstrate effects. Analysis for MBD + MFBD + durability, all within a single environment is also a functionality of the improved RecurDyn.
