One of the key enhancements of the interior aesthetics of these luxury cruisers is the ceiling panels, which can either raise or lower the appeal of the boat. Moreover, the soundproofing quality of the materials used in the ceiling panels, and the way in which they are fitted, can also play a big role in providing privacy and quiet to fellow passengers aboard the vessel, both in daytime and at night, such as when there is musical entertainment or sports facilities and events on board the boat, and so forth. BN Bip Industries Co. Ltd. launched the world-classBN/BIP Ceiling Panel system, which comes in various types which can be fitted according to a customer’s specific preferences or requirements. Standard and flat ceiling types are certified in accordance with   classification B-0 AND B-15 classification, respectively.

The BN BIP Ceiling Panels provide aesthetic appeal and style, together with safety as it has a stable profile body and panel finishing. They are designed to endure high pressure in order to maintain structural safety, and the interval, the end, the length of the profiles, are flexibly designed in order to meet the diverse needs and demands of customers.

The Standard Panel Ceiling system comes with surface finish of 0.6mm thickness and is finished in galvanized steel with decorative material. The standard width dimensions are 300 mm and maximum length is 5,000mm, while the thickness varies from 25mm to 75mm. And most importantly for ceiling panels, the sound reduction of these panels is very effective, varying from STC 40dB to STC 51dB. Also, the Fire Class classification varies from B-0 to B-30.

The Flat panel Ceiling System, similarly to the Standard Panel Ceiling system comes with surface finish of 0.6mm thickness and is finished in galvanized steel with decorative material. The standard width dimensions are 300 mm and maximum length is 3,000mm, while the thickness varies from 25mm to 75mm, while the thickness varies from 25mm to 75mm.And most importantly for ceiling panels, the sound reduction of these panels is very effective, varying from  STC 47dB to STC 56dB. Also, the Fire Class classification varies from B-0 to B-30.

The Tile ceiling panel System has a surface thickness of 0.7mm finished in aluminum sheet finished with decorative material and the dimensions are 600mm x 600mm.
