Founded in 1983, Fusei Menix began manufacturing equipment for semiconductor production for the first time. The company has preserved core competency in semiconductor manufacturing equipment for the past 30 years, and currently offers a diverse range of products transfer molding presses, PCB laminating systems, and vacuum laminators.

Fusei Menix’s Vacuum Hot Press is a key component of PCB laminating system that forms an integral part of PCN layer deposit system. Vacuum Hot Press must apply even pressure, temperature, and vacuum levels. In response to the rising trend for ultra-precise PCBs, the company has designed a press that provides an extremely uniform pressure distribution.  The vacuum hot press can be applied for rigid PCB, package substrates, MLB, HDI, and special PCBs including metal and ceramic. With excellence in quality, Fusei Menix’s vacuum presses are currently being used by leading global semiconductor manufacturers, including Samsung, LG, FOXCONN, IR, and ASE.
