Low Power LED Driver

DW3505 is an instant On/Off LED driver for low power LED applications. At DW3505 output stage, one regulated current port is designed to provide a uniform and constant current sink for driving LEDs within a large range of VF variations.

DW3505 provides a consistent current source. You may adjust the output current up to 300mA through an external resistor Rs, which gives you flexibility in controlling the light intensity of LEDs. In addition, you can precisely adjust LED brightness from 0% to 100% via output enable (EN) with Pulse Width Modulation. DW3505 also guarantees that LED can be cascaded to maximum 40V at the output port.

DW8521

2A Peak, 44V Multi-Topology LED Driver

DW8521 is a current mode monolithic LED driver. The LED current can be controlled with an analog input voltage. With high-side LED current sensing, DW8521 can be configured as buck, boost or buck-boost topology to serve different LED driver need. The integrated 44V/2A N-Channel MOSFETs ensures high efficiency operation. At light loads, DW8521 operates in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple.

The overvoltage lockout protection on SW pin protects DW8521 from open LED fault. DW8521 also has thermal protection at 140ºC. DW8521 is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 and a 8-pin ESOP8 package, which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.

DW8560

AC Input High-Voltage Linear LED Driver

DW8560 is an integrated AC input high-voltage LED driver for direct line operation. 220V AC line voltage is rectified by Bridge Rectifier, and supply for LED and DW8560. During one rectified line voltage cycle, 4 HVLED segments are turned on in proper sequence as the line voltage increases and turned off in reverse sequence as the line voltage decreases.

DW8560 setup LED current for every LED segment, which ensures high power factor and low THD. LED current can be setup via an external resistor conveniently. The setup range is 10~50mA.
