Salvia miltiorrhiza extracts are mainly composed of fat-soluble and water-soluble components.
Cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA belong to fat-soluble components.
Salvianolic acid B, salvianolic acid (sodium) and protocatechuic aldehyde belong to water-soluble components.
Salvia miltiorrhiza (sodium) in cosmetics raw materials, most of the use of 90% - 98% content, mainly to remove red blood silk, dilute dark circles.
Protocatechuic aldehyde 1% - 5%, can be used in daily chemical, washing and nursing products.
