Lonicera Japonica Description: Lonicera japonica contains polyphenols substance including chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid, and flavonoids. Chlorogenic acid has antibacterial property, and flavonoid substance, such as acolin, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity. It has been developed as antiseptic in cosmetics.
