-In order to get the IH performance, STS 430 material is required, especially on

the bottom of cookware where IH electric machine is touched. Due to the

idiosyncratic metal properties of aluminum and stainless steel, bonding together is

hard process.

-Therefore, there are lots of techniques developed. It is generally attained technique

that forcefully braises the STS 430 on the bottom of pan or pot. Actually that

combination can be seen as a successful way to get IH function.

-However, after a long use of those pans or pots, the center of pan or pot, where

the essential part for IH function is, would be a little bit bulged upward. In the

result, it can be a cause for dysfunction or being broken. Sometimes the attached

STS 430 is detached.

-Unlike other pans which are just attached with STS 430 after the production, we

insert STS 430(1.5mm thickness) into the mould while the melting aluminum is

die-casting. In the result, STS430 and the bottom of pan become one-body. And

even after a long use, the center of pan is never bulged or wobbled or detached.

-So we can get the best performance of IH function. As long as we know, there is

nobody who had succeeded this technique of IH pans. Nobody can copy this

technique easily because our own technique is hidden in the result of lots of

sweat and efforts. More than 13,000 testing was executed.

-The energy and thermal induction efficiency is second to none as well. It is
