Advantages of COMFY BOILER

1. An effect of reducing heating costs

1) As warm-water circulation motors are removed, electric costs are reduced by about 30%.

2) An assistant water pail in the main water pail of the boiler allows for the repeat heating of a small amount of water and optimizes energy efficiency

3) An assistant water tank located inside the boiler water tank can repeatedly heat a small amount of water, and thus energy efficiency can be maximized.

4) With a small amount of water (300cc), a mat for two persons can be heated.

2. Durability

1) There are no problems caused by removing the warm-water circulation motors (without driving gears).

2) Stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance.

3) High-durability materials used (free two-year follow-up service)

4) A santoprene hose is used (better restitution force than ordinary PVC hoses)

5) PB applied for casing

6) Using antibiotic filters at the water entrance of the boilers, there is no corrosion or blockages caused by floating articles or foreign substances.

3. Safety

A total of 10 safety devices, eight direct and two indirect, have been added. These include two electric controlling devices and a power supply cutting sensor using bimetal, a fuse that prevents overloads, a device to detect electric leakages and cut the power supply, a ground connection to block electric shocks, two water level sensors, two indirect safety control systems [with the function to prevent freezing and bursting as well as a function to cut the power supply in the case of problems in the water circulation])

1) With bimetal (N105, margin +-5), power supply is cut in case of overheating.

2) Expensive cartridge heaters used to ensure good voltage tolerance (3,000V), so there are no worries about power failures.

3) In cases of momentary overload, power failures and problems are prevented.

(Heaters which passed the 3,000V test are used)

4) The temperature of warm water is reduced to 85°C or lower, so there are no worries about burns.

6) Water shortage sensor attached (power off in case of low water level)
