Introduction of products

*Horizontal casting sheet

Our acrylic automated production line from material feeding to packaging in a streamline process is the first of its kind in Korea, facilitated by clean rooms and other special facilities with filtering system using pure MMA based on the cell casting method, the latest vacuum system to prevent bubbles or air pockets, the water tank using the circulatory system and the large-sized dryer oven(with cooling system) that allows heat treatment at high temperatures.

*Vertical casting sheet

The product is a transparent material manufactured following the vertical production method using specially designed glass molds and pure MMA as the main feedstock based on the cell casting method.

*Functional casting sheet

Glossy sheet

Transparent Arystal surface is advanced lighting display sheet that is composed with unique dots than reflect the surface.

MP Panel

The surface and the thickness of the transparent acrylic give two different impressions-modern glossy texture and cybertic elegance.

Products are either regular metal or pearl both are affordable and easy to be mainpulated with laser and used for CNC sculpture, for signs, information, and POP display or for interior point finish.

*Illumination sheet

The product is an illumination material and shows excellent illumination intensity with addition of special pigment.

This is a stable material that shows no change in illumination after molding or bending.

*Semi-transparent color sheet

It is a colored semi-transparent material and its excellent gloss demonstrates refined colors

*Opaque color sheet

It is manufactures in an opaque color sheet with a gloss or non-gloss surface finish.

*Non-glossy sheet

It is a flat and matted (embossed) material showing dim glossy ; it demonstrated high-grade images when it is used for interior finishing, illumination, or display. It is classified into soft type and hard type depending on the surface felling and into semi-transparent type and opaque type depending on the transparency.

*Special acrylic sheet

Any images can be printed on the sheet by inserting a special cloth material in the panel.

The graphic is also half-transparent and can be used for lighting and for interior design, and advertizing board.
