Characteristics:Our seasoned laver is rich in vegetable fibers, minerals, vitamin A, beta-carotene, vitamin C, calcium and protein. It virtually has no calories and has excellent anti-cancer properties. It is also good for the skin and hair. In addition, its nutritional value is 3 times that of vitamin C in tangerines and 10 times that of vitamin A, B1, B12, nicotinic acid and folic acid found in most vegetables. Five (5) sheets of dried lavers contain almost the same amount of protein present in one egg. The amino acid in lavers also satisifies international dietary standards.
