A complex seasoning that is made from katsuobushi extracts. Having a wonderful taste but nutritious.

It is used not only in Japanese cooking but also in any recipe boasting a unique sweet and mildly smoky undertone.

Serving Suggestion (your secret ingredient): Simply sprinkle it on your cooking similar to the following cuisines

· Japanese style cuisine.: all types of Japanese and shallow fry recipes

· Western style cuisine : Bouillabaisse and Seafood Risotto.

· Chinese cuisine: any recipe which calls for chicken or vegetable stock

Note : Season food first and then add taste with katsuodashi since salt is included in katsuodashi.
