It is grown at SeongSan in Jeju Island, which is blessed by heaven with a wonderful natural
environment. We harvest fresh radish only, cut into pieces with 3-4 cm, clean and dry thoroughly and
cleanly. it is a perfect natural dried food with no additives.
Dried radish slice looks weak in appearance, but it is a nutritious product with high contents of diet
fiber, iron, and calcium and with its effect of cleaning blood, strengthening blood vessel and
preventing cell aging.
In Korea, it is mainly cooked like Kimchi, but recently, as the effect of dried radish slice is known, it is
consumed as tea by boiling.
