Process of making Kimchi
1. Choose fresh cabbage.
2. Salt the cabbage down to its thick partstem with 100% Ffirst-c Class sun-dried salt from Taean.
3. Stuff each cabbage leafve with kimchi seasoning, with love and care as mothers do.
4. Metal detector, Now Ssystem is on.
5. Pursue safety and sanitation with double packaginge.
6. Pack and deliver kimchi after checking the orders for fresh delivery.
