We, Coffee Exchange Co., Ltd., proudly launched Specialty Coffee, CIA: Coffee Intelligent Agent 003, is particularly chosen and roasted by our Q-Graders and roasting professionals.

Our coffee beans have a beautiful roasted color, they are not black because we do not believe that any bean should be roasted to the point of carbonation. The oil is still inside the bean, holding the flavors together, where it belongs. Every batch is meticulously watched; and every roast is charted to ensure consistency. - Area: Eastern Harrar Highlands

- Farm/Union: small holder farmers, not Union coffee

- Variety: heirloom Ethiopian varietals, indigenous to Ethiopia

- Altitude: 1600-2200m

- Processing: Sundried (natural)

- Cupping Profile: Medium Body, Lemon acidity, Bright, Very sweet

Papua New Guinea

- Area: Waghi Valley, Central PNG highland

- Farm/Union: Kimel Estate

- Variety: Mondo Novo, Blue Mountain, Typical

- Processing: Honey Processing (Pulped natural)
