N Vision color line scan having linear sensor by R, G and B has advantages of high speed and less chromatic aberration. The interval of each sensor has 3 pixel size to lessen offset as much as possible and to make correction of color easily.

Piranha Color PC-30, high performance color camera, has been developed together with P2 and P3 camera that are Piranha line scan camera series that is said to be standard of line scan camera. The color line scan camera consists of Trillium 3CCD, Tri-linear 3CCD and 1CCD with color filter, etc depending upon structure, and PC-30 camera is Tri-linear color camera with three of linear sensors in parallel.

The tri-linear type for PC30 has sensor by each color of RGB to produce clear color images without loss of resolution.

PC-30 camera has lessened interval between each sensor to minimize space errors and to have compensation by controlling delay time of each sensor by camera itself. The PC-30 camera makes use of not lens for 3 CCD color camera but high performance lens for machine vision that N Vision is supplying, and it can minimize chromatic aberration to produce clean images.

PC-30 can produce images at rate of maximum 80MHz by each channel to be the high speed color line scan camera in the world. PC-30 basically supplies exposure control to do white balancing by using color correction and to make correction of PRNU/FPN noise by using flat correction and to have input LUT.
