INTRODUCE

My mother was born in 1956 in Myorang, Yeongkwang, Jeollanam Province.

The only good side dish that could be provided during those poverty-stricken times was Kimchi, which was always served on the dinner tables of all Koreans.

Because rice and Kimchi were served for the family she loves, my mother had instilled her persistence in making, at least a good Kimchi.

Since then, Jeoldae Kimchi has become the product of persistence, devotion, and memories.

Now, Jeoldae Kimchi will keep that taste created and developed from good memories.
