Introduction

Since its establishment in 1975, after the founder Kang Hee-Tak directly inherited the recipe of Japanese hand-stretched noodle, Kang Food has been exporting all of its products solely to Japan.

It is establishing itself as the one and only domestic manufacturing leader in the hand-stretched noodle industry with its technical capability recognized to be superior enough to supply its hand-stretched noodle to big enterprises such as OTTOGI Corporation.

Furthermore, Kang Food is a promising company which spares no effort in carrying out active internal/external educational activities and self-rescue activities to foster an environment where products and services that guarantee customer-satisfaction thrive.
