LK WATER CORPORATION

About Us

The most important factor to consider in choosing drinking water is the quality of the water and the kind of environment where it came from. However, most conglomerates sell water and sign OEM contracts with spring water factories located where it is easy to logistically transport water to cut on logistics cost.

Although consumers are aware of the importance of good quality of water, they are not keen on distinguishing the different kinds of spring water sold in the market. Rather, they select water sold by conglomerates or rely on commercials and their models. They select expensive spring water with the expectation that whatever is more expensive is better.

LK’s spring water, Chansaemi’s water, is from Mt. Jiri, which stretches east and west for about 45km over 16 myeons (towns), 5 guns (counties) and 3 provinces, including Sancheong, Hamyang, and Hadong in Gyeongsangnam-do, Gurye in Jeollanam-do, and Namwon in Jeollabuk-do. On the mountain range, over 20 mountains are 1,400m high and cover a large area of 430,000 km2 and their circumference amounts to about 314km. Mt. Jiri boasts of ample, clean and quality water, air and environment with numerous herbs growing around it. “Chansaemi” boasts of natural quality water and environment.

LK’s spring water has a hardness of 48, which according to water experts is the best for swallowing and tasting. It is a drinking spring water with natural alkalescency of pH 8.3, which is hard to find in ordinary drinking spring water.
