Our company was established in April 2007 as a software developer and we have since focused on

the development of games to prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Our company is also the Korean and

foreign distributor of Dura, a company that developed functional shampoo with 100% natural Korean

herb medicine. In addition to games that may help prevent Alzheimer’s disease, we are focusing on

the marketing of functional shampoos in Korea and abroad. Our company cooperates with Leo

Motors to be listed on the NASDAQ in 2013 and we plan to also sell electricity-storing devices and e

cars.
