  [Tube Drawing Process]Tube drawing process can be divided into sinking, plug drawing and mandrel drawing. Since the inner wall of a tube isn’t supported in sinking process, the wall’s thickness is not reduced a lot but the inside isn’t uniform. Also, since shear deformation is huge in the front and exit of a die, the deformation limit would be lower than other processes. If drawing it by using plug, inner/outer diameter of a tube is well-controlled. Plug determines the shape of internal part.
