RFsemi Technologies, Inc. is a venture company co-founded by semiconductor technology experts and researchers who has been worked for Electronic and Telecommunication Research Institute (ETRI). RFsemi is a semiconductor manufacturing company that have the technologies of process, device, packaging and the packaging capabilities.

RFsemi, currently produces ECM chips which is a core component in small-size microphone module that is used in mobile phones, head sets, cordless phones, etc.

Lately, RFsemi developed and produces high sensitivity and low-noise ECM chips, which is accepted as the best products in performances and reliability compare to the competitions.
