About us:<DIV style="PADDING-BOTTOM: 10px; PADDING-TOP: 10px; PADDING-LEFT: 10px; PADDING-RIGHT: 10px">Segi Environment has since its establishment in 1989 continued to produce eco-friendly products. We have successfully completed the technological development of water quality and air purifying products using microorganisms, intensive treatment of waste water and sewage using natural biological slime, low energy and eco-friendly common houses, and water quality management integrating air exposed biological slime and microorganism complexes. We have acquired 13 patents including a patent for water treatment equipment using titanium bio balls, water quality purifier of stepping stones type, purifiers with built-in biological slime and their assembly, and apparatus and method for treating wastewater using contact media. We have also registered a total of about 50 intellectual property rights including 15 patents and 6 utility models such as 1 patent in the United States and 2 patents in China.<BR>&nbsp;<BR>In particular, our “air purifier using biological slime” was submitted to the 33<SUP>rd</SUP> International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva where the excellence of its technology was acknowledged by winning the Gold Medal. At the 36<SUP>th</SUP> International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, we had the glory of again winning the Gold Medal for our “Water Treatment Equipment using Titanium Biological Slime Balls.” &nbsp;<BR>&nbsp;<BR>Thanks to our ceaseless research and development of technology, we were awarded the Korean Presidential Order in 2005 and the Korean Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award in 2006 and 2007.
