Since its establishment in 1995, Woolim has accumulated substantial know-how as a factory automation specialty company through the execution of unmanned facilities, increased production capacity, and quality improvement, and has notably established the calendaring system (calendar, print, laminating, vaporizing, winding), boiler system and utility control system. Based on our accumulated technology and management capacity, we have taken on environmental operations to create a more pleasant living environment with our corporate establishment in 1997 to further progress as a company of the future. We have participated in a governmental research policy of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy. We helped to develop a catalytic VOC execution device and a catalytic burner in collaboration with Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology to contribute to the environmental improvement of various ovens widely used in chemical factories and energy consumption reduction. To keep up with the changes in the international economy, we have acquired the ISO 9001 certification for the organizational and technological power that has accumulated to expand our field of operation domestically as well as internationally, and have also been selected as a venture enterprise. We have gained an international edge through smooth performance of Chinese (Tenjin, Nanking, Guangzhou, Beijing) and American projects. We also perform after-service in the aspects of maintenance and energy-saving for the projects we have carried out so far. To create the technology of the future, we have opened a technology research center as a collaborator in the U-IT839 national policy and are focusing our ability on RFID operations. Woolim always does its best to create a convenient, clean and prosperous future.
