The tea is made with young tea leaves which blossom around Kogu (one of the 24 seasonal divisions (about April 20)).
Put 1.5kg of tea leaves into the cast iron caldron and roast at temperatures of approximately 300?.
The roasting is carried out according to the intuition of JADE: LEE.
The casing(roasting) is done while making adjustments according to a certain temperature and the weather on that day after placing approximately 1.5k of dry tea leaves in the caldron.

Casing is done twice a day, and the daily output is approximately 35 containers.
The produced quantity of Ujeon is low, and the quality of Ujeon in that year is determined by the effect of the weather.
The last cold snap comes back around the time the shoot sprouts. Therefore, the quality of the tea drops when there is cold-weather damage to the tea leaves.
For this reason, only the leaves with good Ujeon is picked, and its quantity gets even lower when making the tea. This is a tea recommended to people who have a good knowledge about tea and drinks it often, and has no financial burdens.
How to Drink
1. Put 2~3g of tea into the teakettle or cup, and pour water boiled to 100? after cooling it down for 10~20 seconds.
2. Drink after brewing for about 50 seconds~1 minute 20 seconds.
3. It is ideal for the second brewing to be 1 minute 30 seconds~2 minutes, and the third to be more than 3 minutes.
