FRONT A/C & HEATER SYSTEM

 This air-conditioning system for the driver and front seat passengers consists of a Heater Unit, Evaporator Unit, Blower Unit and AQS.            -Heater Unit  Function   The Heater Unit increases the temperature of the vehicle interior with high-temperature water heated by the engine, removes frost from windows, and maintains optimal temperature while being jointly operated with the air-conditioner.     Components   It is installed in the center of a car, within the instrument panel, and its exterior surface is made of plastic materials. It includes a Heater Core where the engine's cooling water flows, Mode door for air control and Air mix door for temperature control.         -Evaporator & Blower Unit         Function   The Evaporator Unit converts the low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant, which undergoes an expansion process, into vapor through thermal exchange with external and internal airflows. The air from which heat is removed becomes cool and moist, then enters the interior through the Blower Unit, producing a pleasant environment.     Components   Evaporator Core, its surrounding casing, expansion valve and temperature sensor and Blower Unit.        -AQS (Air Quality Sensor)  Function   The Air Quality Censor prevents intake of polluted air when a vehicle passes polluted areas, keeping the interior free of contaminated air.
