NANOX SOFTER-A (Cotton softener) SOFTER-A extensively operates on natural fiber, synthetic fiber, and its mixture, having soft lubricating effect. Since it acts on fibers, the effect is semi-permanent, and there are no obstacles to fastness. It has properties of resisting printing and anti-staining, having no bad smell caused by the deterioration of processing agent itself. Because it is easily dissolved and dispersed in water, it is convenient to use. The excellent restitution elasticity brings about wrinkle prevention and outstanding wrinkle restoration. It can be injected simultaneously in case of such fibers as wool, silk, and polyester that are dyed in the acid range of PH.2. For cotton, silk, and T/C, it is put into detailed process after soaping.3. In case this product is processed in mangle, if 1% solution of the product takes padding dry heat treatment, it reacts and becomes fixed in a dryer.4. For irregular types like a sweater, the remaining liquid & dehydrated liguid can be reused when it is processed at normal temperature.5. If napping is performed by this product after dyeing, the napping property does not degrade the responsiveness and rubbing fastness of dyestuff.
