It extends life of cutting oil and cleaning cycle of tank as well, while saving the cost Backwashed sludge can be discharged through sludge conveyor (option) in the form of chip separated from moisture. Clean fluid filtered can be stored in a separate tank and used in connection with high pressure cutting oil system through high pressure pump. High pressure cutting oil system with 20 bar up enhances productivity up to approx. 30% and increases life of tool by twice depending on its usage.
