Air police should be installed vertically. Air police has to be located just before the last end of pneumatic device. In winter season, remove the water from the auto drain valve end of operation.(Water freezing in the valve can be cause of improper operation) Separation of impurities begins from the air pressure 0.1MPa(1kgf/cm2). Better efficient at higher pressure.(within regular flow rate) When lubricator is used, it shall be installed at the next part of the Air Police. Installation #2 Auto drain is for both automatic and manual. Just push the bottom nipple upward for manual operation. Auto drain valve is consumable. In case of valve trouble during operation, disassemble and clean the valve with neutral detergent. Otherwise, exchange it to new valve. Note: Inside of main body can be clean by neutral detergent. Do not disassemble main body during body cleaning. Operating air temperature shall not be exceed 60°C(140°C) Before disassemble the auto drain valve from body, completely discharge the compressed air first. Air Police can be installed each one per one device or combined quantity depending on the usage of compressed air amount. Compressed air having passed through Air Police does not include water, but a pipeline after the Air Police becomes longer, dew condensation inside the pipeline may happen due to the temperature difference between inside and outside of the pipeline. To prevent this, please make the length of a pipeline after Air Police as short as possible.(Dew condensation means to form water drops mainly due to the temperature differences between inside and outside of the pipeline
