The speed of the internal and external rotation is same, however, external is faster than internal on the speed of movement. The kinetic energy of slow motioned low-pressure zone's particles are converted into thermal energy, and forces up temperature of the high-pressure zone's particles, and takes down temperature of the internal particles.(The law of energy conservation: states the amount of generating energy and absorbing energy are always same in a fixed space) Through this process, we can get the low-temperature fluid in uniform concentration. How to use Frozen air temperature measurement: Indicated temperatures in table were measured at the trumpet-shaped tube inside the body under inlet air pressure of 7kg/cm2 and 15°C(59°F). Main hose joint : Within 1 m for VT45-60, within 2m for VT60-75, VT-700 & VT-1000 from main hose.(main hose + within 1~2m hose + air freezer)/Farther from the main hose can be cause of performance decrease by air resistance. Moisture included in the compressed air makes ice. It may be cling to the pipeline or may be exhaused along with the frozen air can be cause of performance decrease.(Apply Air Police before air freezer is recommended.) Outlet temperature can be controlled by pressure adjustment from regulator and air flow amount adjustment by control bold at tail part.(clockwise: temperature? ; counterclockwise: temperature?) The outlet temperature may vary depending on the input air temperature. Air temperature and flow amount shall be adjusted depending on the season and working condition.
