HKRUB Series (Tire Mold Patterning Rubber)

HKRUB200 is the rubber for modeling after the pattern of a tire mold, which is used after mixing

with HKRUBK200. Due to its optimum viscosity, the complicated pattern of a tire mold can be

modeled after perfectly and the intermixing with bubbles has been minimized.

How to use

1. Mix HKRUB200 and HKRUBK200 in ratio of 100:14.

2. Mix by stirring them for at least 2 minutes, and especially pay attention to mixing well at bottom

and side of container.

3. If necessary, use releasing agent.

Curing

1. Full cure is completed after passing 16 hours at temperature of 25?.

2. If temperature is higher than 25?, curing speed is getting faster, and if lower, it is getting

slower..

3. Application should be done at more than 18?.

Cautions

Use it after being fully aware of MSDS of HKRUB200.

1. Eye contact : Flush eyes with plenty of water or saline solution for 10-20 minutes until the

chemicals is removed thoroughly. Obtain medical attention without delay.

2. Skin contact: Wash skin with mild cleaning material or plenty of water for 10-20m minutes until

the chemicals is removed thoroughly. Obtain medical attention without delay.

3. Inhalation: Move person to fresh air, and if necessary, take artificial respiration. Obtain medical

attention without delay.

4. Ingestion: Wash out the stomach within 15 minutes and obtain medical attention without delay.

5. Note to physician: No specific antidote. Treatment of exposure should be directed at the control

of symptoms and the clinical condition of the patient.
