■ EASY TO ADAPT FOR USE IN EXISTING TANKS

TASET's design allows considerable flexibility in positioning hydraulic pump that it can be installed at the inlet or outlet of the sedimentation tank, or even submerged in water. Furthermore, it easily overcomes the bottom design of the existing tank, which may be horizontal or inclined toward the sludge pit.

■ EASY TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN

A standard system can be installed in only 2~3 working days in actual site condition. It guarantees long lasting life cycle and easy maintenance as it's structured to have no abrasion with bottom rail and to give no forces to scrapers, which might be deformed. All the parts submerged in the water except Strips are made of Stainless Steel.

Application	For use in rectangular sedimentation tanks in local authority wastewater treatment plants, drinking-water purification plants and industrial process waste water treatment plants. Also suitable for use in combination with lamella systems or in flotation tanks.
Sludge type	Suitable for use with most types of sludge. Sludge with Solid content 0.5~6% is optimum conditionfor treatment.
Dimensions	Maximum length-width : 80x11m
Mode of operation	A number of wedge-shaped sections weld together to the flat steel bar to form a single unit and the lever system connected to a cylinder enable the whole scraper to move 700mm. When the sections move forward, the concave face of the wedges transport the sludge to the sludge pit. During the return movement, the points of the wedges slide under the blanket of sludge, so that it flow over them, moving approximately three times as fast as during their forward movement. The repeated movement transport the sludge to the sludge pit.
