The STD is a drill used for the initial drilling for the lengths of selected implants. As there are stoppers depending on the lengths of implants, drilling deeper than the desired length is not possible.
How to use
1) Make sure the product functions properly and there are no foreign substances present.
2) Sterilize the product for 30 minutes by high pressure steam at 121?.
3) Choose the product of the right size for the procedure area.
4) All the tools should be sterilized before use.
5) Decide whether the bone where an implant will be planted is the correct one and choose the area where the local procedure will take place. (Before conducting the procedure, set up a treatment plan, take a radiograph, examine the patient, and carry out tests on the places where an implant will be planted.)
6) Install this device onto the hand piece of the engine motor.

The STD rotates when the hand piece rotates. When the drill rotates, the alveolar bone is drilled.

3) When you drop tools on the floor, you must sterilize them again. And make sure that there is no damage or defects.
4) Only professionals are allowed to use it.
5) Make sure that the punch is firmly fastened to the engine motor before using it.

7) Use only the approved connection device (the hand piece of the dental implant engine motor).
8) As the tool is not sterilized, sterilize it before use. Follow the guidelines of our company.
9) Wash and sterilize it for every procedure. Otherwise, patients may be contaminated by harmful microorganisms or other people’s body fluids.
10) Before sterilizing it, make sure there is no malfunction or defect.
11) Wash out debris after using it and sterilize it.
12) Don’t use it for any other purpose.
13) Use the tool no more than 100 times.

14) Don’t store the tool with other unsterilized implements.
15) Don’t use the tool when there is insufficient bone or the bones are weak. Don’t use the tool on heavy smokers, diabetics and people who are not fit for other surgical procedures.
16) Don’t convert the drill for other uses.
