On the epoch-making year of 1998, we has had a repercussion in the hairdressing circle under the serious economic setback by inventing first "Quick Setting Permanent device", consequently followed by a series of newly developed items from Quick Flat Iron to Twin Belle, Swing Bell, Z-ion Perm and Hair Dryer both for the local and overseas market launch.
