Company Introduction

Dong-il is a manufacturer of diaphragm metering pumps in South Korea. Dong-il has been established since 1973. Dong-il is ISO 9001 certified company and KSA 9001:2001 organization with high standards of quality as our prime focus. It is the progression toward no defects that remains the guiding principle for our company. Reliable, compact and robust to operate under difficult conditions. As a result, we have been supplying metering pumps to POSCO, SAMSUNG, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO, and water treatment facilities, which are very famous companies over the world.

Dong-il produces a wide range of diaphragm and plunger metering pumps with liquid end parts in various materials, such as PVC, SUS304, SUS316, PTFE, and PVDF pump head. DW diaphragm metering pumps can reach capacities from 0.04 l/min to 35 l/min at pressures of 3 bars to 10 bars. DH hydraulic double diaphragm metering pumps can reach capacities from 41 ml/min to 1,600 ml/min at pressures of 10 bars to 25 bars. DF metering pumps with flat valve for sludge handling can reach capacities from 17 l/min up to 35 l/min at pressures from 7 bars to 10 bars. DK plunger metering pumps with pressure up to 150 bars can reach capabilities of 520 ml/min.

DMA compact diaphragm metering pumps can reach capacities up to 1,200 ml/min at pressures up to 10 bars and DS compact diaphragm metering pumps can reach capacities up to 250 ml/min at pressures up to 10 bars.

History

1973 / Dae Han Marine Surveying Instruments, LTD founded Technical cooperation with Hak Kyun of Japan.

1982 / Marine Surveying Instruments, No phase transmission and acid resistant pump have been developed.

1986 / Procuction item change and addition.

1987 / Dongil DIAPHRAGM PUMP developed.

1988 / METERING PUMP "DMA SERIES" developed.

1991 / METERING PUMP "DW SERIES" developed.

1993 / Dongil Industry independent form Dongil Trade.

1994 / High pressure PLUNGER PUMP "DKA SERISE" developed.

1995 / ELECTRIC SERVO UNIT PUMP developed. (automation materialization)

1996 / Subminiature "DS SERIES"

1996 / Company name had been changed from Dongil Co. to Dongil MT., LTD.

1998 / Hydraulic Double Diaphragm Type Metering Pump DHD series.
