From living in a city, we returned to farming five years ago and started producing traditional Korean
foods using firewood and not gas fire and other methods handed down from our ancestors.
The traditional Korean foods we produce uses eco-friendly pesticide free (certificate no. 21-3-117 for
six types other than sorghum) ingredients which we have directly farmed and are made using only
traditional manual methods handed down in the family for generations (seven midsized and large
cast iron caldrons – wood fire enriched). These are products certified with the Gyeongsangnam-do
QC certificate and traditional food certificate.
