Introduction

The use of petroleum fuel nowadays is causing air pollution, the destruction of the ozone layer, global warming and all kinds of diseases, severely threatening the health of humanity. The international community is working hard to develop alternative energy as a means to solve energy and environmental problems. A major task of the 21st century, it leads to the holding of international conferences with binding obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

As such, the international community is actively making efforts at each state's government level to develop alternative energy, replace the fast depleting sources of petroleum, and actively find effective ways (mandatory use of clean fuel saving products) to solve the earth's environmental problems caused by the use of petroleum. It is now time to not only reflect the new measures in energy saving and eco-friendly policies but also to determine the strength of their implementation.

Since the end of 1990, our company has recognized the need to develop products that can help save petroleum energy and develop eco-friendly (improved air pollution) products. We also focused on R&D. As a result, in 2005, we developed and were since supplying our patented "ECS-Alpha," [a highly efficient eco-friendly biofuel saving additive, which doesn’t have any negative chemical side effects made by absorbing and fermenting natural microorganisms on fuel (petroleum, diesel, kerosene, crude oil) through a “photosynthesis fermenting method."]
